Room Reservation & Cancellation Procedure
Reservation
| 1. |
Reservation for 15 days/1 month has to be given at least one week in advance |
| 2. |
All rooms would be double occupancy rooms and any additional accommodation in the room would be charged extra @ 50% of the cost of the room |

All direct bookings should have the following credit card details

The check-out time for billing would be 24 hrs |
Cancellation
| 1. |
The cancellations for direct bookings has to be done at least 24 hrs before the specified Date & Time failing which the guest will be charged |
| 2. |
The reservations which are for 15 days or more will have to be cancelled at least one week in advance failing which a minimum of two days charge would be levied to the guest |
NB: we are enclosing a list of guest houses with the rents.
